The winner for January 2019 is Adam! Congrats, email me to claim your prize. This ware was an easy one, but I love retro-wares like this TI PHP1500 speech synthesizer. One of my first real hardware projects was building a SPO-256 based speech synthesizer card for my Apple II back in high school, so this one is particularly nostalgic for me.
Thanks again to Jesse for contributing this ware!
FWIW, I designed and built a speech synth for my Apple II based on the Votrax SC-01 chip in 1981, on an Apple prototyping plug-in board. It was a pain to program the phoneme sequences to speak understandable English.
